Betko fabricated and installed the swimming pool trellis, the stairs for the penthouses, along with the lobby entry stair, and the halo canopy on the fifteenth floor. Elevator divider tube screens, elevator pit ladders, hoist beams, and a ships roof access ladder were installed. The scope entailed ramp rails throughout the premise, CMU wall supports, embeds for elevator guide rails, hand rails, and guard rails at both egress stairs. Betko also fabricated and installed pipe bollards and pipe guards throughout the property.
